Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern the use of all digital products, training curricula, and materials ("Products") provided by Guzalia Davis / International Hypnosis School. By purchasing or accessing our materials, you ("User" or "Student") agree to the following legally binding terms.

1. Eligibility & Mental Health Warranty

Age: You represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
Clinical Stability: You warrant that you do not currently suffer from psychosis, schizophrenia, or untreated clinical mental illnesses that impair your judgment and may be worsened by trance-work (hypnosis, meditation, shamanic practices...)
Vocational Scope: You acknowledge that these Products are educational and vocational in nature. They are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment. This training is for practitioners, not for those in acute mental crisis.

2. The "Sovereign Study" & Private Format

Autonomous Learning: You acknowledge that these programs are 100% self-directed. Enrollment does not entitle the User to personal coaching unless a specific professional consultation is booked and confirmed.
Student-Initiated Support: Instructional support is available for curriculum or technical clarity. This support must be initiated by the User via the official student dashboard. We do not perform "check-ins" or monitor your individual progress.

3. Professional Conduct & Termination Policy

To maintain the integrity of the Academy:

Zero-Tolerance for Harassment: Aggressive, demanding, entitled, or demeaning communication toward the instructor or other students—including harassment via email, social media, or dashboard comments—will result in immediate and permanent termination of account access.
Educational vs. Therapeutic Scope: You acknowledge that these sessions are for professional vocational training. Demanding personal attention, "processing" private trauma during class time, or treating group sessions as personal therapy is a violation of professional boundaries.
Sovereign Emotional Responsibility: The nature of hypnosis and shamanic work involves deep archetypal and psychological themes (e.g., mother/father archetypes, ancestral patterns). You warrant that you possess the emotional maturity to navigate these themes. "Being triggered" by the curriculum does not entitle the User to disrupt the class.
Disruptive Behavior: Sabotaging live sessions through constant interruption and persistent "attention-seeking" behavior will result in immediate removal from the session and potential revocation of program access.
No Refund on Termination: If access is revoked due to a violation of professional conduct, disruptive behavior, or harassment, no refunds will be issued. The Teacher-Student relationship is predicated on mutual respect and professional decorum.

4. Technical Sovereignty & Communication "Bridge"

The User is the sole custodian of the technical connection between their device and the training vault.

The Communication Link: You agree to maintain an active email address and ensure that guzaliadavis@gmail.com, podia.com and info@hypnosis-training.online are whitelisted. You acknowledge that blocking, "unsubscribing," or marking our automated system emails as spam will result in a self-imposed lockout.
Support & Examination Access: If you block our communication, you acknowledge that you will be unable to receive technical support, submit your certification exams, or receive graduation credentials. We cannot assist users who have intentionally severed the communication bridge.
Zoom & Live Sessions: For programs containing live components, all links and schedules are transmitted via automated email: info@hypnosis-training.online. If you block these emails, you will not receive access to the sessions. No refunds will be granted for missed sessions due to user-side email blocking.
Account Deletion: Deleting or canceling your Podia account is a manual action by the User that results in the instant and permanent loss of all course history, materials, and certificates. We cannot "reverse" or restore data from a user-initiated account deletion. You acknowledge that account deletion for any reason is final.

5. Financial Terms & No-Refund Policy

Digital Assets: Due to the proprietary, downloadable, and instantly accessible nature of our scripts, manuals, and video transmissions, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or "change of mind" cancellations are permitted under any circumstances.
Payment Plans: Access is automatically suspended by the system if an installment fails. No partial refunds will be issued for previously completed payments.
Certification: No credentials or certificates will be issued until the tuition balance is paid in full.
Chargeback Protocol: Fraudulent "Item not as described" or "unauthorized" chargebacks will be contested using this signed agreement and transaction logs. Any user who initiates a chargeback will be permanently banned from all future programs and archives.

6. Intellectual Property & Commercial Licensing

Professional License to Practice: Upon enrollment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive commercial license to utilize our proprietary protocols, scripts, and therapeutic frameworks to facilitate private client sessions.
Media Production Rights (YouTube & Commercial Audio): You are permitted to use our scripts to produce audio or video recordings (such as guided meditations or hypnosis sessions) for public distribution on platforms like YouTube or for commercial sale. This license is granted provided that the materials are delivered as a recorded experience and not distributed as standalone text.
Attribution & Integrity: While you may use these tools in your practice and media, you may not republish our written materials under your own name or claim original authorship of the International Hypnosis School curriculum.
Prohibited Acts (Redistribution): You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or "giving away" our written scripts, manuals, or course materials in their digital or printed form. The license applies to the application of the tools, not the resale of the documents.
Academic Protection: You may not record or produce "train-the-trainer" programs, workshops, or certifications using our proprietary curriculum. You are licensed to facilitate healing for the general public, not to train or certify other practitioners using our intellectual property.
Brand Sovereignty: Use of the "International Hypnosis School" or "Guzalia Davis" name, logo, or branding in your marketing—in a way that implies a partnership, franchise, or direct endorsement—is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

Guzalia Davis and the International Hypnosis School shall not be liable for any damages—direct or indirect—arising from your application of the techniques taught. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your professional practice or your interactions with your own clients.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be settled in the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located therein.
